Hearing about this from Alex Rivera took my breath away. It was such a shock and so sad. I wish I could turn back the clock a few years to the last time I saw Ed at Montgomery’s. To Ed, I’d thank him for introducing me to game. I’d also thank him - and his mom - for the best chimichangas ever - Javelina Chimichangas!!! I’d also try to finagle the recipe from him. I’ll never forget the beautiful litter of pure white puppies from his dog, Luke and his sister’s dog, Crystal. And how could I forget the time we went tubing at Mt. Lemmon and I got hurt! Hearing this news was like a piece of my teenage years was now gone. For Ed’s family, I extend my condolences to all of you as I know all of you have suffered a major loss - especially his son. I pray that all of you find comfort in the hope of being able to see him again. I have that hope - how great it will be to see him in perfect health - no heart problems, no pandemics. Much love and peace to all of you.

Ed will be missed by a lot of people especially me ,his older brother.
He had his fathers demeanor, calm, even tempered and just a great little brother.
I have great hopes that Lucas, his son, can look back at how his father lived his life, and pattern his in the same way.

My condolences to the family.
My dear neighbor Ed, you will be missed dearly. I don't think you knew the extent of how many people cared about you and loved you. You are such a wise man, I could ask you about anything and you'd have the answer. Your witty sarcastic humor was always on point. I know you loved calling us the crackling hens and our annoying chatter would put a smile on your face. Miss seeing your face my friend. Love, your favorite Asian! (I know I am!!!)

Big Ed took care of my family in AZ when I couldn’t in a most unusual way, as well as original. The kind of caring, unique Soul, that only comes around like the
picture I attached. Thank You again Big Ed.

Dammit Ed :’( I am still in shock. I just can’t believe this. I’m sorry I haven’t kept in touch the last couple years. I’m really sorry for that. You were such a good friend to me and I am so thankful for the fun times we had, chilling on your back porch on the picnic table drinking a beer. I always loved your smile and your laugh... you really were one of a kind. Thank you for all you ever did for me. I will remember you always my friend. I love you. Until we meet again Ed... ❤️ Sheila Lindhorst, Safford AZ
