Obituary of Olga V. Camacho
Olga Valenzuela Camacho, (Auntie Olga), age 98, passed away peacefully on April, 27, 2018 at Casa de La Luz in Tucson, Arizona. She was born in 1919 to Frank Bartlett Valenzuela and Juanita Maldonado Valenzuela in Amado, AZ. She went to Safford school and then graduated from Tucson High School in 1938. She worked throughout her life in sales and retired from the insurance business in late 1980s. She married the love of her life, Lawrence Camacho in 1994 after life events brought them back together. She enjoyed dancing and traveling. Preceding her in death are her husband, her parents, her sister Evangeline V. Proctor, her brother Frank A. Valenzuela and her nephew Henry Proctor. She is survived by nephews LeRoy Proctor (Carole), and Frank Flores, nieces Enedina (Dina) V. Gomez (Rudy), and Evangelina V. Perez (Ruben), and many grand and great grand nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her loyal and loving caretakers, Celia Pesqueira Quijada, Marta Pesqueira Diaz and Luz Quijada Acuna. Visitation and rosary will be at Bring's Funeral Home, Monday, April 30 at 6PM with rosary at 7PM. Mass will be Tuesday, May 1 at Santa Cruz Catholic Church at 11AM followed by burial at Holy Hope Cemetery.
