Venturo (Art) Cuen Pintor

Devoted and accomplished TUSD High School Teacher (40+ yrs.), beloved Uncle, devoted Brother, and godfather to many family members, Venturo entered into eternal rest cared for by family members including nephew Dr. Roberto Mejias, nieces Elisa Lopez, Diane Ruiz de Quijada and caregiver Carmelita. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Frankie C. Pintor, Filiberto C. Pintor, and three sisters, Elisa Pintor Myers, Jenny Pintor Mejias, and Ruth Pintor Nieto, mother Manuela Rosas Cuen Pintor and father, Geronimo Franco Pintor. Art was a proud U.S. Vet and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Art attended Tucson H.S. and received his B.A. degree in Education from the University of Arizona. Brings Broadway Chapel will hold visitation on Thursday, March 7, 2024 (5:00 to 8:00 pm). Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 8, 2024 (10:00 am) at St. Augustine's Cathedral Church followed by interment at Holy Hope Cemetery.
