Obituary of Danny Lloyd Sudduth

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Danny Lloyd Sudduth of Green Valley. He peacefully departed this life on January 21, 2024, with his family by his side.

Danny Lloyd Sudduth was born on July 9, 1950, to Lloyd and Shirlee Sudduth in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Danny could speak of events from his childhood in detail. He was taught to work hard from a young age and that stayed with him his entire life. Danny served his country in the Air National Guard and the United States Airforce. Danny’s career was dedicated to electronic communications and SCADA systems that support gas and electric power system operations.

In 1970 Danny married the love of his life, Marsha Ann Goodman. They spent the next 53 years together raising a family and devoting their lives to one another. Danny was a cherished father to their 3 children, Danna (Bevin) Judd, Traci Sudduth, and Branden (Cassidy) Sudduth. He has 7 grandchildren, Seth, Shauna, Nicholas, Gage, Brand, Jake, and Cole. And 5 great grandchildren whom he loved so much.

Danny had a great sense of humor and will always be remembered for his “dad”isms. He was one to always make a joke and smile. He was a caring man and always a joy to be around.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Shirlee Sudduth.

Celebration of Life for Danny will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the home of Bevin and Danna Judd. More details to follow.
