Obituary of Carole Ann Smith

Carole Ann Smith 

March 29, 1942 - September 16, 2023

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Carole Ann Smith, who departed from this life on September 16, 2023, at her home, in Tucson, Arizona. 

Carole was a wonderful devoted wife, mother, grandma and friend.  She had a sense of humor that made you laugh until you cried.  Her legacy will live on through all the people whose lives she touched. 

Carole is survived by the love of her life of 56 years, husband, William (Skip) Elmo Smith.  She is also survived by her son, Todd Smith (Laura), daughter, Jill Smith Gillim (fiance Carlos Diaz), and three grandchildren: Casey Smith (Connie), Kyla Smith (fiance Sam Pollino), and Joel Smith.  She was loved by everyone who knew her and she will be dearly missed. 

Her Celebration of Life will be held at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, 9252 E 22nd Street, Tucson, Arizona, 85710, on October 14, 2023, at 2:00 pm.  Light refreshments immediately following.  Flowers can be sent to the church.
