Obituary of Rose A. Cortez

Born October 26, 1937 , in La Union, New Mexico , Rose passed away peacefully on Friday August 4th , 2023 at home.  She is survived by her husband Ramon , Two sons, John (Silvia)Cortez , Phillip(Christy) Cortez, daughters , Patricia(Todd)Brown , Linda Cobos , she is also survived by Brothers 

Rosendo Avila , Raul Avila ,Ralph Avila ,Raymond Avila and Sisters

Alicia Martinez , Virginia Allen and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren She was preceded in death by parents, Magdaleno and Andrea Avila. She will be remembered by all who knew and loved her as kind, generous, loving, loyal, confident ,and caring.  

Rose’s  services  will be held Thursday August 10th 2023 The Rosary is from 9a.m. - 930a.m.  at Brings Broadway Chapel

Mass is from 1030 a.m -1130 a.m. at St. Ambrose  catholic Church 300 N Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85716  

Burial  at Holy Hope Cemetery following the mass  3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705 

A Celebration of Life will be held  from 2:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m at The knights of Columbus 601 S Tucson blvd 85716
