Obituary of Virgil Lee Galaway

Virgil Lee Galaway, 76, of Tucson, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 25^th, 2022. Virgil was born in Brady, Texas, eventually making a life for himself in Tucson, Arizona. He was an avid sportsman, marksman, Master Mechanic, photographer, and, most importantly, a Papa Bear to his family. He was preceded in death by his Wife of 30 Years, Frances D. Galaway. Virgil was survived by his sisters, Brenda Penrod and Janet Graham (husband Tracy) and nephew Brian Penrod and nieces, Kim Golden and Kayla Nichols (husband Taylor)., Daughter Shawna McQueen, Grandchildren Michael McQueen Jr., Victoria Duran-McQueen, Samuel McTighe, Samantha McTighe, Dylan McQueen, Brittney Angulo, Cynthia McQueen, Sarah McQueen, and Great Grandchildren Aleksander, and Madelyn McQueen. He will be forever missed until we meet again with that familiar “Hello, Hello.”
