Obituary of Joseph Leland McLaughlin

Joseph "Peanut" Leland McLaughlin, 67, passed away August 29, 2015, surrounded by his family. Born in Mobile, Alabama, Joseph served in the Air Force from 1967 to 1973. Joseph is survived by his wife of 44 years, Barbara, his children, Alisha, Linette, Lacey and Bryan, and his grandchildren, Annalia, Mia, Joshua, Bryan and Ailah and by his siblings, Linda, Darlene, Cindy, Pam and Gregory. Also survived by his step-mother, Joyce McLaughlin and step-father, Don Gassler. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert McLaughlin and Evelyn Gassler. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 1 p.m. at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1300 Buffalo Soldier Trail, Sierra Vista, Arizona.
