Obituary of & Vernon & Lillian Westrom

Vernon O. Westrom February 19, 2016 Vern was born on June 11, 1924 in Maddock, North Dakota. He served in the Army in WWII, and was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He was married to Lillian Westrom (Funes) for 68 years. Vern died 3 hours prior to Lillian. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, 6 sisters, 5 brothers. Lillian A. Westrom February 19, 2016 Lillian was born on October 21, 1928 in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was fourth of ten children born to Alfred and Edna Funes. Lillian spent most of her life caring for others and had a warm and loving heart. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Vern, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.
