Obituary of Carmella M. Fazio

Fazio, Carmella Mary (D'Agostino) passed away on June 11, 2016 in Tucson, AZ. Survived by, husband Carmen Fazio; their children, Lisa (Greg) Fron, Angela, Michael and granddaughter, Amanda Fron; siblings Maria Fortino, Joseph D'agostino and seven nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Tina Wilson and sister-in-law Nancy D'agostino. She loved family, her pets, traveling and reading. Carmella worked as the HR manager for Cerelox/Sasol Inc., where she retired. We will miss and never forget her. A service will be held on Saturday July 9, 2016 at Bring's Broadway Chapel from 10:30 to Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Peppi's House or charity of your choice.
