Obituary of Celia Rae Garcia

Celia Rae Garcia, 20 yrs. old, passed away January 27, 2022 where she resided in Marysville, WA.  She was born in Tucson, AZ and is survived by her family, Donnarae Garcia, Mistijo Garcia, Siblings Marisa Garcia, Esteban Bartlett, Joseph Bartlett, Angelina Bartlett, and her partner who she resided with, Vee Gilman.

If you knew Celia, she was joyful, funny and had a contagiuos smile.  She was loved by all who knew her, and she touched all of our lives.  Celia will be truly missed, but lives in our hearts forever, heaven must have needed a Hero, until we see her again.  We love you Celia.
