Obituary of Rachelle Deann Nielson

Rachelle Nielson (Shelly) was born May 14, 1973 to Warren and Elaine Nielson. She was born in Comox Canada while her family was stationed there. The family returned to Tucson where Shelly was grew up. Shelly gave birth to her daughter Amanda in 1992 .and her son Antionio in 1993. After her children were born she began working at TMC as a nurses assistant. Shelly really enjoyed the hospital environment and loved helping people. Her career was cut short as she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Her disease progressed quickly and soon Shelly moved into an assisted living facility. Her fun loving spirit was an inspiration to all of those she came into contact with at the nursing home. She loved being around her family and friends and was always ready for a good laugh. Shelly's long health battles ended quickly as she passed away quickly at Kindred Care Center on July 25th 2012. Shelly is preceded in death by her mother, Elaine. She is survived by her children, Amanda (Richard) and Antionio, her grandson Jayden, her father Warren, brother Ron (Chrystal), sister Rebecca and many other relatives.
