Obituary of Carol D. Connolly

Carol DeSalvo Connolly 1/13/1920 - 8/12/2012 Aunt Carol left us to join her husband and family peacefully in her sleep on August 12, 2012. Carol was born on January 13, 1920 in the Bronx, New York City, New York. She and her late husband, Andrew, retired to Tempe, AZ in 1986. After her beloved husband passed away in 2006, Carol moved to Tucson to be with her nephew and his family. Carol is survived by her sister, Patricia and 5 nieces - Maryellen, Claudia, Judy, Marti and Abbey and 3 nephews, Vic, Drew and Matthew. She is also survived by 19 great-nieces and nephews. Aunt Carol will be missed by all. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 1, 2012 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church.
