Obituary of Garland Bradford Hansford

Garland "Gary" Hansford 76, left us unexpectedly to be with our Lord and Savior on October 5, 2012 following a brief illness from a rare form of leukemia. Too sudden for us as we grieve our loss, but, we rest assured in knowing that the Lord has set you free! Gary was preceded in death by his son, Gregory Hansford. He is survived by his wife of 49 ½ years, Rosemary; son, Brian Hansford; daughter and son-in-law, Christa and Hugh Burt and one granddaughter, Taylor. The oldest of four brothers and one sister, Gary also leaves behind Raymond (Dina) Hansford, Robert (Charlotte) Hansford, Vincent (Scarlet) Hansford, P.D. (Judy) Hansford and sister Ginger (Bob) Horstman along with many nieces and nephews. Gary served proudly in the United States Navy and was employed for over 20 years in civil service at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ.
