Obituary of Jay Harian Metz

Jay Harlan Metz, born in Tachikawa, Japan, on April 2, 1958, died in Tucson, Arizona, on November 11, 2012. Jay graduated from Sabino High School and the University of Arizona. A long-time Tucson resident, he leaves his family, friends and Costco co-workers with an abundance of great memories. Camping and fishing with his daughters and other families at the Black River was an honored tradition, anticipated by all for half the year, and fondly remembered for the other six months. His parents, Mayo Burns Metz, and Cecil Clyde "Bud" Metz, also of Tucson, preceded him in death. Jay is survived by his beloved daughters, Sarah and Rachel, and a brother, Mark.
