Obituary of Jerry Osweiler

Jerome Lynn Osweiler 12/25/44-5/2/14 Preceded in death by: Parents Dorris and Ed Osweiler, Carole Ann Osweiler (deceased wife.) He is survived by sisters: Linda Armstrong (Henry) of Mesa, Judy Douthitt (Dan) of Tempe, and Kathy Schroeder. His wife, Robin Osweiler. Daughter, Rebecca Osweiler and sons- James Osweiler, Larry Osweiler, Vincent Owen and Robert Owen. He servied in the Air National Guard of the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged on Feb 16th 1965. Jerry worked at Tucson Medical Center for 33 years as a respiratory therapist and biomed technician. After a brief attempt at retirement he worked as an attendant at Bring Mortuary. Jerry enjoyed golfing and bowling with his friends at TMC. He was a 6th grade Sunday School teacher at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He homeschooled all five of his children. He was an Eucharistic Minister at St. Frances De Sales Catholic Church. Of all his accomplishments he was most proud of his children. He was a very loving and devoted husband and father. He always said "I will never do anything that my children can't do without me." He was loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him.
