THELMA F. DOOLEY Thelma Flossie Dooley, also known by friends for most of her life as Susan, was born in Tipton, OK, April 12, 1920, and passed away May 17, 2014. She was the daughter of George and Helen (Grant) Bryant and was the youngest of their nine children, who are all deceased. Susan was married to William D. Dooley (09/14/18 - 05/05/86) November 25, 1938, in Detroit, MI. Susan and Bill were blessed with 47 years together, and three wonderful children; Nancy J. After raising her children, Susan worked for The University of Michigan until she and her late husband retired to Tucson in 1981. Both were always actively involved in church and this continued upon their move to Arizona. Susan lived a full and wonderful 94 years on this earth, and although saddened by their loss, Susan's family is rejoicing that she went to be with The Lord and will see her again!
