Obituary of Thomas Gomez

Born to Juanita and Benito Gomez on July 28, 1943 in Rodeo, New Mexico. He passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. Tom is survived by his wife, Olivia; son, Victor; and daughters, Angelica, Laura (Dustin), and Helen (Tony). An avid UA Wildcat football fan, his greatest pleasure was spending time with his grandsons: Tommy, Brady, Dylan, and Garrett. He began his career serving in the military and then went on to work for the telephone company, Tucson Unified School District and other part-time jobs during retirement. Visitation on Friday, July 18, 5 to 7 pm with Rosary at 6:30 p.m. at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL 6910 E. Broadway Blvd. Mass will be on Saturday, July 19, 2 p.m. at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 1800 S. Kolb. Burial will be on Monday, July 20 at 10 a.m. at So. Az. Veterans' Memorial Cemetery 1300 Buffalo Soldier Trail in Sierra Vista.
