Ellene Tarkington Wallin Ellie was born in Henderson, North Carolina on August 26, 1948, and passed away January 2, 2015. She leaves behind her loving husband, Carl; daughters, Wendy and Barbie (Josh); granddaughter, Julia; step daughters, Carolyn (Jim), Diane (Nea) and Linda (Jim); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many dear extended family and friends. Ellie brought so much joy and happiness to everyone she touched, she will be missed dearly! Her beloved Red Hats and SOB's will not be the same without her enduring sense of humor.
