Josephine Quiroz Caballero

Mom passed away peacefully at home Sunday Oct 3^rd 2021.  She was born in Tucson Az on March 19^th 1920 to Felix and Luz Quiroz.  Preceded in death by her husband of 71 years Armando, sons Rene, Richard Deon, and daughters Charlene Taylor and Barbara Lamb.   Survived by her daughter Marty and son in law Tom Ryan and son Gregory along with grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and close friends.

Mom was a graduate of Tucson High School.  Her responsibility of homemaker was endless.  She raised seven children, put them thru private school and worked as a leader with the Girl and Boy Scouts.  She was also a rep for World Book and worked the local polls during elections.  A parishioner of St. Cyril Church, she was also active at the Health Club Fit Center where she enjoyed water aerobics well into her nineties.  Mom was a wonderful, caring woman who loved her family above all else.  We’ll miss your smile, your voice, and your humor, but most of all we’ll miss you.

Visitation at Brings Broadway Chapel 6910 E. Broadway Tuesday October 12^th 9-10 am.  Funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM

Burial to follow in Holy Hope Cemetery.
