Obituary of Charles Thomas Ratliff

Charles Thomas Ratliff, 78, passed away June 26, 2018. He is survived by his son Craig, daughter, Shelley McLaughlin, son-in-law Patrick McLaughlin, grandchildren Eilise and Charles McLaughlin, 3 siblings, 6 siblings-in-laws and many wonderful nieces and nephews.  Tom was preceded in death by his parents, brother Dan, sister Jean and loving wife Freeda.

Tom spent his youth in Greeley, Colorado as an avid fisherman and drummer in a local dance band.  He graduated from Northern Colorado University with a Masters in Education before moving to Tucson.  He taught industrial arts at Alice Vail Middle School for 34 years. Upon retiring, he and Freeda doted on their grandchildren, cheered for the Wildcats and traveled the world with many dear friends; seeing everything from the glaciers of Alaska, the Panama Canal, Red Square to the Great Wall of China.   

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Bring's on Broadway. In lieu of flowers, donations may
