Obituary of David E. Bacon

David Bacon, age 57; beloved husband, father and son entered into rest on August 3, 2016. David survived by his beloved wife Mary Bacon, his two sons, Andrew and Daniel Bacon, and parents Burnell and Glennis Bacon. David was born in Bellevue, Nebraska on October 19, 1958 to Burnell and Glennis (née Musegades) Bacon. After moving to Tucson, Arizona he graduated from Palo Verde High School in 1976 and married his wife Mary Bacon of 32 years on December 31st, 1983. David was a well-liked coworker and a key part of a number of workplaces in the Tucson and Phoenix area, including Sunquest Information Systems, before becoming the Director of Facilities Manager at the HealthSouth Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson. David enjoyed playing softball, restoring classic American automobiles, and watching sports - especially soccer - and spending time with his family. A memorial service in honor of his life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 6th at Bring's Broadway Chapel (6910 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85710). In lieu of flowers, guests are asked to make a donation to Sahuaro High School Boy's Soccer Booster Club.
