Obituary of Norma Lewis

Norma Lewis At the age of 95, Norma passed away peacefully. She was born in Toledo, OH, resided for 19 years in Sidney, OH, and moved to Tucson in 1958 with her husband, Bill and their five children. Norma was employed by the U.S. Postal Service, and retired in 1981. She was a volunteer at St. Joseph's Hospital and many other organizations. Bill, her husband of 53 years, and their son, Randy, predeceased her. Survived by her daughter, Connie Nine of Tucson; sons, Steve of IL, Greg (Maggie) of CA, Roger (Carolyn) of MN and daughters-in-law, Sue Lewis of IL and Sandy Lewis of Tucson. Norma also leaves behind eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A devoted mother and friend, she will be greatly missed. Visitation with take place on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.at Bring's Broadway Chapel 6910 East Broadway Blvd. with rosary at 7:00 PM. The funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at 10:00 AM at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1800 North Camino Pio Decimo, with burial to follow at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery Many thanks to the caring staffs of Cascades and Casa de la Luz. In lieu of flowers, donations to Casa de Los Ninos, or the Community Food Bank, in her memory are appreciated.
