Obituary of Charles Edward Armijo
Charles (Chuck) Edward Armijo 95, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2016. Chuck was born in Tucson, Arizona on March 10, 1921. Chuck graduated from Tucson High School in 1939. He served with the United States Navy during World War II and was involved in numerous amphibious assaults. After the war, he worked for the United States Civil Service at Davis Monthan Air Force Base and retired from there after 38 years. Chuck was preceded in death by his wife Billie Armijo and is survived by his three sons Charlie Armijo (Maureen), Dane Armijo (Linda) and Don Armijo (Jackie) as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church 5150 North Valley View Rd. Tucson, AZ. 85718 at 10:00 a.m. on Monday December 12, 2016 and will be followed by Internment at Southern Arizona Veteran's Memorial Cemetery 1300 South Buffalo Trail, Sierra Vista, AZ. 85635 at 1:00 p.m. We would like to extend our gratitude to the staff members of Infinity Assisted Living and Arrista HealthCare
