I had the privilege of working with Helen at Desert Willow in the Vail School District, She always thought of other people before herself, always offered a hug, and gave a smile to those she met daily. I could feel the love of Jesus in Helen. She will be missed, of course, but her spirit will live through her wonderful family, Love all of you and wish we could be at the service today. Lots of love, Bob andJeannie Tompkins

Helen is the sweetest, kindest, sharing person. She and Jim shared their home and meals with me many times. When Don was in hospital I stayed with them for 21 days. Helen would wait up for me to come back at night, heat my meal they prepared, and if I wanted to talk, she would listen, talk about family, or watch TV. I love this entire family.

I am so sorry for the loss of Mrs. Critchley. She was a beautiful, warm, generous woman who was extraordinarily compassionate. She and her husband have hearts of service and took care of the reception after the memorial service when my father passed away. She and Mr. Critchley are the faces of St. Pius and I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness. My mom (Pierrette Kelly) speaks frequently of seeing her friend at church every Sunday and looked forward to her weekly hug. Your wife and mother was great lady and will be sorely missed by the community. My sincere condolences. - Michele Kelly-McDonough
