Patricia Ann (MacDonald) Riggs

On October 1, 2023, Pat passed away peacefully at her home in Tucson surrounded by family and friends.  Mom was 88 years old.  We were blessed with her wonderful caregivers who supported her throughout her journey.  Special thanks to Bristol Hospice for their fast response and making sure mom was comfortable. Surviving family members are two daughters, JoAnn (Lee) and Julia (Stanley).  She has three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  Pat lived in Tucson for 54 years.  She worked for the City of Tucson for 20 years and 25 years for H&R Block.  She loved her family and friends and her cat, who was her constant companion. She loved the Southwest and supported many Tucson activities, as well as being a supporter of animal rights.  We loved her very much, and she will be greatly missed. Since there are no services planned per Mom's wishes, donations can be sent to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona in her memory.
