Obituary of Mary Lou Clayton

Mary Lou Clayton Born October 22, 1937 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Chester and Margaret Beasley, Mary passed into the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ on January 29th 2023. 
Mary is preceded in death by her parents, sister Carolyn and brother Jim; her husband of 50 years Bob and her son Kevin (Donna). Survived by sons Kenneth (Sonja) of Chandler; Brian (Kimberly) of Tucson and daughter Sharon (Matt) Williams of Benson. Eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was an active member of St. Pauls United Methodist Church and their red hat group The Belles of St. Paul's. She was an award winning doll maker and the secretary/ treasurer of the Southern Arizona Old Time Fiddlers Association. She was a beacon of light in the darkness, steadfast and true. Her passing leaves us with a hole in our hearts that can never be filled. We were blessed by her presence in our lives. Memorial service to be held at 1:00 P.M. on March 4th at Brings Broadway Chapel at 6910 E. Broadway Blvd. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Salvation Army or your favorite charity.
