Anthony Guerrero

Obituary of Anthony J. Guerrero

Anthony John Guerrero “Robat”, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones in Tucson, Arizona. Born and raised in Guam, Anthony spent his adult life serving his country. After high school, he joined the United States Air force and proudly served as an Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technician for 20 years, retiring at the rank of Technical Sergeant.

After his military career, Anthony continued in his specialty of working on aircraft in the commercial sector. He also used his talent for fixing things in other various jobs before he went into full retirement in 2015.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother Jose and Maria Guerrero, brothers Joseph (Nora), Frank, and Roman, and sisters Trinidad Ungacta (Peter), Barbara Manibusan, and Carmen Borja (Francisco).

He is survived by his sister, Yvonne “Bunny” Guerrero, his wife of 47 years, Anita, daughters Angelica, Allyna (Frankie), Antonette and Amy (Cherise), and his sons Anthony Jr. (Jolane), and Keanu. Anthony was blessed with a large loving family, thereby, also survived by grandsons Damon, Jared, Derrick, Oscar, Christian and Preston, and granddaughters Raina, Kyomi, Madelyn, Desiree, JuleMarie, Raven, Hannah, Raelyne, Haidyn, Lana, Ashtyn and Adley, along with great-grandsons London, Raedyn, Ronin, Matthew, and Atreus, and great-granddaughters, Sophia and Mavis. Anthony is also survived by numerous uncles, aunties, cousins, nephews and nieces.

Anthony will be remembered for his devotion to God, love for his family, and his playful mischievous spirit that lives on in his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a social butterfly who volunteered his time as an usher at church where he could greet people, make friends, and serve the Lord above. Anthony loved Sunday lunches, after church, with his family, though he never needed a reason to rally his family and friends for laughs and memories.
