Obituary of Alan Edward Oelschlager

IN MEMORIAM 
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our Beloved friend and family ALAN EDWARD OELSCHLAGER, 75 years old on November 8, 2022, from Natural Causes at his residence in Tucson, Az. 

Alan was born in 1947 in New York City, New York, to the late William and Margaret Oelschlager. 

Alan graduated from State University College Potsdam, New York in 1970, also, graduated with a Master Science Degree in career and human resource development in 1985, at Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York. Alan completed travel management courses offered on the undergraduate level in the school of food, hotel and tourism, at Rochester Institute of Technology.. 

Alan Majored in Psychology and Education, Minor in English. Taught SABRE (Technology system) as an Adjunct Faculty, at Rochester Institute of Technology. Taught kindergarten at the city school district, Sixth grade English and Fifth grade in Rochester, New York.. Taught SABRE (American Airlines System) to Travel Agency Network at his long time employer with American Airlines. 

Alan was involved and volunteered with some organizations in early years in Tucson, Az including TIHAN-poz cafe, where he and his beloved partner were helping in creating wonderful meals that helped nourish not just stomachs but also hearts and spirits as well. Active and volunteered to his favorite Tucson Garden Railway Society and Model Railroad Club. Alan enjoyed and loved to share his passion for Poetry, Classical music and movies, Opera like ":The Fairy Queen" as one of his favorites and his current collection of Samoan Songs. 

Alan always gives an amazing empathetic Ears, a soft and cozy cushion Shoulders to lean on and a HEART that is fulfilled with Compassion, Wisdom, Common Sense and most importantly `LOVE' that he always gives unconditionally.. 

Alan is survived by the Oelschlager and Hargrove Cousins ; Willetts Family and Tafaoata & (Chief Tolani Fuga) Teleso Family.

A Memorial Service will be held on November 26th, 1:00 P.M. at BRING FUNERAL CHAPEL, 6910 E. BROADWAY BLVD, TUCSON, AZ.
