Chuck was always able to shine a light on me by bringing attention to my strengths and helping me turn negative energies into positive outcomes. He was a great mentor and a creative leader. I honestly don’t think he can ever be replaced but his guidance will live in me forever! My heart and thoughts go out to his family as you go through this difficult time.
