Obituary of Rhonda Jeffers
Rhonda Jeffers, 52, died July 27th, 2022 at home in Tucson, Arizona after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jessie Jeffers, her daughter, Aly Redding, her parents, Brenda and Steve Lambach, her Mother-in-Law, Linda Jeffers, her three grandchildren, Breanna, Katelynn, and Dillion, and two great grandchildren, Michael and Zane. She was preceded in death by her Father-in-Law, Jeff Jeffers.
Rhonda was a wonderful woman who was rooted in Tucson, Arizona where she spent most of her life. She was a business owner, highly involved in local 12 step fellowships, and a sponsor for dozens of women through the years. Rhonda was deeply loved, is incredibly missed, and will forever be cherished by everyone who knew her. She had a zest for life that only amplified upon receiving her diagnosis with cancer in October 2020. She faced her diagnosis with grace and dignity, and was the ultimate fighter all the way until the end, claiming the role of our Fierce Warrior Princess.
Rhonda loved being active with her family and friends. She spent the majority of her time cruising in her boat at the lake, or speeding through the dunes in her side-by-side with her husband, Jessie, always by her side. Rhonda was unapologetically herself in everything she did, and she loved with a heart bigger than most. She adopted anyone in need, and was the voice of reason for many in her large circle of friends and family. Rhonda had a very strong belief in God. Her spirituality was apparent in her life and guided her through her tough battle with cancer.
To celebrate Rhonda’s life, a service will be held at Pantano Christian Church, located at 1755 S. Houghton Rd, at 12 o’clock on Saturday, August 13th. A reception with food and beverages will immediately follow at the same location.
