Obituary of Virginia Thompson

Virginia Thompson, April 30, 1940 ~ May 9, 2022.  Born in Jackson, Michigan to Frank and Virginia Stage, she was a twin to her brother Lynne.  Graduated from Jackson High School and married James David Hill (professional golfer).  three children soon followed-Laura, Dave and Robert.  Sixteen years later a divorce and she met William Thompson a rancher in Tremmling, Colorado-a perfect match.

They enjoyed Tucson winters together at the Voyager RV Resort.  Once widowed, she returned to Jackson, Michigan and then ultimately Tucson!  Preceded in death by her parents, her twin brother, her two husbands and two sons.  She is survived by her daughter Laura and her husband, Howard (favorite cousin) and his wife Carol, daughter-in-law Meredy, four grandchildren and extended family.
