Obituary of Robert Edward Beal

60, of Tucson, passed away at his home on February 13, 2012. He is preceded in death by his mother Edith and his father Lloyd. He is survived by his sister Barbara Beal-Miller (Mark) of Tucson. In his early years he was an Eagle Scout plus Order of Arrow through Boy Scouts. He also performed in many plays with the Tucson Theatre and received great acclaim for his acting ability. He graduated from Catalina High School in 1969, where he received many National Forensic League awards for public speaking. He then attended the U of A, where he was a member of Delta Chi Fraternity, 1969-1972. After college he worked at Empire Machinery for a few years. He then worked at Rural Metro for many years, where he received numerous awards for sales. He also worked in the family Real Estate business. In 2000 he joined Jim Click Ford as a Customer Follow-Up Representative. He was a highly regarded employee and received many awards there also. He enjoyed working with people. Bob was a great lover of animals and he had many hobbies such as enjoying the great outdoors, photography and spending time with his many close and long time friends, who he cared for deeply. Bob was loved by everybody that knew him. He was a wonderful son and big brother and will be greatly missed. He shall not be forgotten. A Memorial will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, February 23, 2012 at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.
