Obituary of Gary Randall Pelphrey

Gary Randall Pelphrey was born December 29, 1939 to Daniel B. and Gladys L. Pelphrey in Kenova, West Virginia. From 1961-1973 Gary was in the Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, Gary worked 32 years at Brown Wholesale Electric. Gary kept himself busy playing softball and becoming an avid bowler. Gary was also Past President for Tucson Bowling Association and Treasurer for over 20 years and for the last 6 years was President for Wrightstown Homeowners Association. Gary lost his battle with Leukemia and Squamous-Cell Carcinoma on March 23, 2012. Gary is survived by his wife of 48 years, Nancy A. Pelphrey, sister, Lee (Mike) Banks, sister, Victoria (Greg) Davis, cousin, Nicolette Goheen and family; daughters, Tracy Baumer (Cody, Tyler, Hayley, A.J.), Teresa (Todd) Marlow (Mikayla, Dalton, Hunter), Kim Pelphrey and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be Celebrating Gary's Life, Wednesday, April 4, 2012, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at Tucson East Elk Lodge, 615 S. Pantano Rd., Tucson, AZ 85710.
