Obituary of William Russell Sayers

William Russell Sayers March 3, 1954 â€" March 25, 2012 He loved the Lord and people. He loved to cook and enjoyed all sports and loved to sing. It didn’t matter where he was, he would burst into song. He loved his family. He was a beloved husband, father, son and brother. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Jennifer Sayers; daughter Amanda (Peter) O’Donnell, Statesville, NC; mother Betty Sayers, Tucson; brother Harry (Suzie) Sayers, Ft. Scott, KA; sisters Susanne (Steve) Hurrell and Cathy (Jerry) Smith, Tucson; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 29, 2012 at New Testament Baptist Church, 2955 N. Craycroft Road, Tucson, AZ. Flowers can be sent to new Testament Baptist Church.
