Consuelo R. Perez passed away June 19, 2012 in the presence of her five children. Visitation and Rosary Monday, June 25, 2012, 8:00 am - 10:00 am at Bring's Memorial Chapel, 236 S. Scott Ave., followed by the Funeral Mass 10:30 am at St. Augustine's Cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave. Burial will be at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 S. Park Ave.
