Obituary of Robert Milton Shaw

Robert Milton Shaw, loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2012 in Tucson, AZ. Born in Minneapolis, MN, he is survived by Jeanne (nee Votel) Shaw, the love of his life for 34 years, daughter, Devon, son, John, grand-daughter, Lily, mother, Miriam Coleman and brother, Darrell (Margaret). Preceded in death by father, J. Russell Shaw. After serving in the 101st Airborne Division during the Vietnam War, Bob graduated from the University of Minnesota. Bob had a 35 year career in sales. Becoming a resident of Tucson in 1985, he retired from 3M in 2003 and from NuWheel in 2010. Bob leaves behind countless friends that added incredible joy to his life. Known for his great outlook on life, loving smile and sense of humor, he took special pride in his son, daughter and grand-daughter, his greatest blessings. A man with a kind soul and warm heart, Bob lived a full and rich life. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family would like to thank all of the wonderful, caring and compassionate staff of TUCSON MEDICAL CENTER AND PEPPIE'S HOUSE, who took such great care of Bob. Visitation will be held at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway Blvd., on Friday, June 29,2012, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Chapel Service will be held at BRING'S, on Saturday, June 30
