Obituary of Celia Elias King

Celia Elias King, 103, went to be with the Lord on September 26, 2012. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Joseph M. King, prominent Southern Arizona rancher. She is survived by daughters Patricia (Pat) King (Byron), Marguerite Wright, Christine (Kitti) Oliver (Jimmy), Yvonne (Bonnie) Wright (John) and Vivian King; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren and nephew John W. King and family of Anvil Ranch. Celia was proud to be a third generation Arizonan whose days were spent on the ranch. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Celia’s honor to St. Jude’s Children Hospital or to the charity of your choice. Our deepest thanks and appreciation to everyone at La Rosa and hospice for your excellent care of our mother. A memorial Mass will be held November 10th at 10:30 AM at St. Augustine’s Cathedral 192 N. Stone.
