Obituary of Mary Alice Coleman

Mary A Preece Coleman 92, of Tucson, Arizona went to be with the Lord on Wednesday October 3, 2012. Mary was born April 7, 1920 in Lawrence County, KY, the daughter of the late Malcolm T and Fairy Blanche Preece. She was a retired employee of Hughes Aircraft and attended the Eastside Assembly of God Church in Tucson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ret US Army Major Phil Coleman, four brothers, Victor, Malcolm Jr., William and Paul Preece; three sisters, Nellie Martin, Martha Wilson and Hazel Dubick. She is survived by her two sons, King Phillips Jr. of Manhattan Beach, CA and James ‘Jim’ Phillips of Winnemucca, Nevada, step-daughters, Sandy Mathias of Paris, France, Rita Hammill of Palm Springs, CA, step-son, Phil J. Coleman and a sister, Anna Looney of Columbus OH and many nieces and nephews. Services will be at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway, Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be Monday, October 8, 2012 from 5:00 â€" 8:00 PM.
