Obituary of Ruth E. Mulrow

Ruth Elizabeth Mulrow, 88, passed away October 3, 2012. Our precious angel is survived by her children, Patrick, Michael, Daniel (Janet) Mulrow, Margot (Brian) Grossmann and Kathryn Mulrow, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, sister, Marge Beckstrom, extended family and many dear friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas, daughter, Maura Hay, sister, Anne Colley and brothers, Dan and William McNamara. She worked for Tucson Newspaper Inc. and Tucson Urban League. Ruth's generous spirit, caring and loving heart were just a few of her many qualities. The family wishes to thank Elsa and the staff of Elsa's Adult Care Home for the comfort they provided Ruth in her final months. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church or School where mom was a parishioner and member of the Women's Club for over 50 years. Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Sunday, October 7, 2012 at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway, with Rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Mass will be 11:30 am, Monday, October 8, 2012, at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1800 S. Kolb Rd. with burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
