Obituary of Audrey A. Zimmerman

Audrey Zimmerman, passed away on October 10, 2012. Survived by husband, Leonard, after 56 years of marriage; sons Steve (Teresa) and Dan (Bernadette); son-in-law Steve Monasmith, seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter Chris Monasmith. As a founding member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, she worked for the parish for 24 years and continued to actively serve as a volunteer for various church ministries. She helped to lead the KCettes, the Knights of Columbus, Council 5133 and actively volunteered for all of their charitable activities. Funeral Mass, 10:00AM, Monday, October 15, 2012 at Our Mother of Sorrows with interment to follow in Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery. Visitation, 5:00 â€" 7:00 PM, Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Bring’s Broadway Chapel, 6910 E. Broadway Blvd., with her son, Deacon Steve, reciting the Rosary at 6:00PM.
