Obituary of Richard A. Hoffman

HOFFMAN, Richard A., 67, of Tucson, AZ. passed on October 31, 2012 at Casa de la Luz Hospice. He had resided in the Tucson area since 1984, originally from Cary, IL. He was born on November 25, 1944 in Oak Park, IL, son of the late Robert H. and Lucille Hoffman. He was married in Harvard, IL to the former Ada Brickley who survives along with three children, Richard, Michelle and Lisa; six grandchildren, Dylan, Max, Taylor, Kyle Jr., Madisyn and Michael. He has four brothers, Robert, Fred, Dan and Tom Hoffman, also a sister, Kathy. Funeral Services will be held at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., which at 7:00 p.m. a Rosary will be said. Mass at St. Francis De Sales Church will be held on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
