Obituary of Verna Maxine Hughes

Verna Maxine Hughes, 86, went to be with the Lord, November 20, 2012. She is preceded in death by eight family members and her parents. She is survived by her loving husband Glen Hughes; sons Ray Holden, Gary Holden, Larry Holden and Tom Holden; step sons James Hughes of Alabama and Jeff Hughes of California; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren and 5 step great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister. Verna touched the lives of many dear friends at Fellowship Square and the Senior Citizen Center. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM Monday, November 26, 2012 at Bring’s Broadway Chapel 6910 E. Broadway.
