Dr. Oliver Howard Smalling “Doc”, 84, passed away January 9, 2022, in Tucson, He was born in Macon, Georgia and served as an Optometry Officer in the US Army for 22 years. Oliver is survived by sons Mark (Maria) and Brad (Tracey) Grandchildren Brandon Tyler, Cynthia, & Mark Jr. Siblings Bonnie, Rowena, and Al. Predeceased by his wife Stella and Parents

Visitation will be from 4:30 to 7:00 PM On Tuesday January 18, 2022 at Bring's Broadway Chapel 6910 East Broadway Bouelvard, Tucson.  Graveside Service with full military honors will be on Wednesday January 19, 2022 at 12:00 PM at the Southern Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery 1300 South Buffalo Soldier Trail Sierra Vista, Arizona.
