My sincerest condolences to Mark's family and friends.
I had the opportunity to work with Mark on a project in Sweden. He was great to work with and always managed to quickly call or message out of the blue, asking if there is anything he could help out with.
I will keep Mark in memory as a great person with a great attitude!
Malte Volk from Germany.

I’ve worked with Mark for 31 years at TPG. He was the most polite and positive person I’ve ever met. I know he was very dedicated to his family because he lit up every time he talked about them especially his grandkids. And his work? He loved working for Cat, you could say he had cat-yellow blood flowing through his veins. His teammates had nothing but positive words about Mark. Connie we are so very sorry for your loss. Sending prayers for you and your family. Mark, love ya buddy.

Connie and family, please accept my sincerest condolences. Mark was a great friend of mine and the most genuine person that I have ever met. I have known Mark for over 25 years. We had great times when we worked together at TPG in the late 90's and even greater when we worked together recently. Mark oftened called to break up the stress of the day. Though the conversations may have started with work, we always talked about friends and family. He loved his family and always was sincerely concerned for me and my family. I will deeply miss our conversations and will miss Mark. He always ended with, "love you brother," and now I wish I would have done the same. I think about Mark every day and feel the pain of him not being around, but can't imagine the pain you are feeling. God bless Mark, and may we all do one incredibly kind thing this holiday season in memory of Mark.
Bless you, Connie and your family,
John Bauler

Connie, my sincere condolences to you and your family. I met Mark through work many years ago. Mark is one of those people you meet in life and know almost instantly that this is an exceptional individual. I found myself sharing personal information that one would not typically share on a regular basis, especially with someone you just met. Mark made it so easy to become friends. His love for God and people was so evident. I am not from Tucson, but whenever work brought me back, I always made a point to look up Mark. I will surely miss him. May God bless you and your family and give you peace during this difficult time. What a great man!

Connie, I first met Mark in Phoenix and was impressed with his work ethic and friendly nature. When I was assigned to TPG our friendship grew to getting to know more about our outside interests. He was a person I leaned on while caring for our premature baby. His love for his family was evident and an inspiration for me. My family sends their deepest condolences to yours. Chris Beckman

Hi Connie and family,
I was fortunate to meet Mark 4+ years ago through work. I always admired his calm and polite approach to work. He was always willing to listen, offer help and MARK ALWAYS delivered! Mark and I spent the majority of our time together discussing family, sharing stories and laughing. Mark loved to share stories about his family and his love for you Connie. He would get a sparkle in his eye when he talked about you all. To say that Mark made an impact on me would be an understatement. He will always be my co-worker, friend, mentor, and most importantly BROTHER. Rest in POWER my friend! I look forward to the warm welcome and bear hug when we meet again!
Best Regards,
The Willey's (Chris, Katie, Nora & Clint)

Connie and Family please accept my deepest condolences. Over the past 5 years that I've known Mark, he has made a tremendous impact on me and I will miss him dearly. I've never met someone so kind, genuine, and positive; it was infectious to everyone that was fortunate enough to be in his presence.
I was fortunate to spend a week with Mark on a business trip in October. Two interactions stand out in my mind and show Mark's impact on people. We were planning on meeting in the hotel lobby to go out and get dinner to take it back to our rooms. I was in the lobby waiting for Mark to come down. I saw him get off the elevator and we gave each other a wave and a smile. As he was walking over to me in the lobby, out of the corner of his eye the receptionist come out from the back. He immediately turned and walked up to the front desk to talk to the receptionist. By the way Mark was asking about her day, her shift, her family you would have thought they had been best friends for years. During this brief conversation her face lit up and it was clear Mark made a positive impact on her day. Mark had recommended we walk over to Gecko's, a restaurant that he'd frequented a few times during his trip. When we walked into the restaurant and the hostess saw Mark come in. Her face lit up and she said "Hi Mark! How are you?" Again you would thought they'd been best friends for years. It was clear that this interaction with Mark had made a positive impact on the her day. Mark could light up a room, but for me it was amazing how he impacted others and was the reason they would light up.
