While our paths crossed only briefly I find that the impact it left was greater than I realized.
Sandy, I really enjoyed our shared passion for motorsports. I lived vicariously through you as you shared stories and photos of your adventures and travels. I look back on those times and our friendship fondly.

So sorry for Sandy's family. I knew her from our college days at Northeastern University, where we were in the Outing Club together. Always such a joy to be with.

Sandy was one of my original mentors as I navigated a new city and new career in software. She was always available to answer questions and help, and was gracious enough to work with the 'newbie' who commented that MUMPS was something we'd done a fairly good job of eradicating with vaccines...little did I know it was a programming language. Her laugh was contagious.
She continued to support me as I navigated new career paths, and supported my daughter and Girl Scout troop consistently (she loved those Tagalongs). I will miss trying to navigate the gates to her neighborhood and hearing her voice. I'm grateful for all that she taught me and her continued commitment to helping us all keep in touch.
I will truly miss her, but know that her spirit really does live on in many of us. Love to her family and especially "Mum".

I’m so sorry for Sandy’s family, and so very thankful to have shared part of her life. She was my “SUG Pin Buddy”…we made sure neither of us were missing pins from the years. But imagine the view she’ll have of Indy from now on! Godspeed my friend…

I’m so sorry for your loss. I met Sandy at Sunquest Information Systems in the late 1980s and remember being in awe of her knowledge and experience in the field of laboratory science and information systems. She was one of the core people at Sunquest, embodying the commitment to quality and customer experience, and contributing to the sense of community and purpose we were lucky to share. She continued that contribution after retiring, by connecting people through Sunquest luncheons. There is a whole community who will miss her.
