Obituary of Philip Charles Williams

Philip Charles Williams, long time resident of Tucson, AZ passed away in his home on April 13 after a 20-year battle with cancer.  Phil graduated from Scott High school in Toledo, Ohio in 1966, and proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war.  He had a diverse career working in the fiber optics and land surveillance fields. He is well known in the Rasta music industry and was rich in friendship.  Phil is survived by his wife Nancy, 99-year-old mother Mary, 5 siblings, a son Andre, and 2 daughters Wendye Melzar, and Donielle, 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
