Obituary of Julie Doucette

On Thursday, March 4, 2021, Julie Doucette, loving wife and mother of two children, passed away at the age of 73 after a four year battle with ALS. Julie was born in Manhattan NY and eventually moved to the New England area where she met her husband of 52 years. Julie was an outgoing and social person who touched many people over her life. She loved needlework, animals and sports, especially baseball and hockey. She was an avid fan of the NY Yankees and for the past four years a season ticketholder of the Tucson Roadrunners where she would always be seen sitting right next to the north end goal judge. She is survived by her husband David, her daughter, Darlene Clawson of Troy MI and her son, Brian Doucette of the US Coast Guard, currently stationed in RI.
