Obituary of Manuel David B. Valles

Manuel David Burruel Valles passed away on 12/27/20. David was preceded in death by his parents Francisco and Refugio, sisters Carmen, Elidia, Clara and brother Francisco.  He is survived by his brother Carlos, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews and cousins.  David graduated from Pueblo high school and became a hairdresser in 1964. He also graduated from the University of Arizona with a teaching degree. He loved to travel going on cruises and taking several trips to Europe. He was gifted in the arts.  He was a wonderful singer, dancer, cook, artist and gardner. He flourished and enjoyed his time as a dancer with Baile Florkorico De Angel Hernandez at Pima Community College. He spent many years as the instructor and director of the Baile Florkorico De Las Americas and Corazones De Oro. He loved morning walks, and sharing his home for large gatherings with family from Tucson and California where he could share his wonderful cooking, gardening, dancing and of course singing karaoke. He was also a very passionate and giving person tirelessly giving his time to help take care of his sister Carmen and to his church Our Lady Queen of all Saints singing in the choir and watering and tending to the garden daily. He also loved being a father figure to his nieces and nephews and a grandpa figure to his great and great-great nieces and nephews. May perpetual light shine upon you David.  We love you dearly and will always miss you, may you Rest In Peace.
