Obituary of Gloria Calhoun
Gloria Calhoun, beloved wife and mother, passed away on December 13, 2020. Born June 27, 1963 in Montclair, New Jersey to Allen and Arnelle Young (nee Bell). Gloria went on to a 21 year career with the United States Air Force and for 17 years she served as an air traffic control manager at Ryan Air Field. She retired from the Air Force as a Staff Sergeant. Survived by Gloria are her husband Donald G. Calhoun, Sr.; her daughters Ebony, Essence, Moni (Jason Blakely), son Donald Jr.(Stephanie) and grandchildren Ayane De La Torre, Rowan, Tayven, Aarya, Natalie, and Addison, and her sister Pamela Young.
Memorial services for Gloria will be held on Monday December 21, 2020 at 1:00 PM. In Lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Community Food Bank.
